Ok so far

It has been helpful and usable. Did add a bunch of receipts via laptop to claims filed online and Maestro didn’t seem to know I had done that, had to email them. But they did get right on it then. Not really the fault of the app. So it’s ok.

Horrible user experience

No way to save reimbursement requests for future submission. If you minimize the app (not force close) or try to open any other app (like a calculator), the app signs you out and you have to start your reimbursement ticket all over. Must select one photo at a time for receipt upload; not friendly when you have 20+ receipts over a month period. Frequent server errors when trying to submit reimbursement requests. Login page is not intuitive to login with.

Way too any steps to do simple tasks.

Total rip off company. A valid at all
Costs. Company constantly oversteps by denying charges, then expects clients to do their work, figure out what is wrong, and correct it to their liking. This is our/my money, they do not have the right to deny my payments. Just to add a receipt it takes 6,7,8 steps. Total waste of time.
I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company, and I will not be using them
