At mountain majesty guest house as a family we were scared and had a life threatening experience at this location. Make my trip didn’t help us to find another location and the owner of this property was not ready to accept the reservation. The owner and his wife asked us to leave even after showing thr voucher, they misbehaved and the husband threatens us by banging on our car. My son got scared who is only 12 yrs old. I continuously kept asking make my trip representative to refund our money and we will look for another accommodation. Make my trip denied initially. We left the place and checked in into a local property campground nearby as it was already dark and Nubra valley is not well connected with the city. . I am not sure what happened between the guest house and make my trip, we as a-family were suffered and threatened. Not all bookings were bad, this was exceptional. My request is to make my trip, that we only book through the website to make sure that we are at safe place and we can get help if needed.
It’s utterly fraud and waste of time and money

I have booked my tickets through Make my Trip. And for some reasons I had to cancel and I canceled my tickets it’s been Iover a money I haven't got my refund. I tried to call customer care and it's another waste of time trying to call different nos to reach customer care but still failed to reach them out . Another ticket freshlywe have booked though we haven't got the refund for previous ticket. I have received an email saying that due to sons reasons airlines canceled the tickets and they gave option and it wasn't matching my dates and they said they will refund full amount to make my peril because I booked my tickets through Make my trip App. I have spent hours to reach Custoner care and no luck. And I have received an email next day from Make my trip saying that your trip completed I hope you had a wonderful flight. How funny it is. ? 😡😡I want my money back for two tickets nearly 20,000 rupees . I don’t know how to reach them out. I have tried at least 100 times. We don’t live in India. I have tried to reach different ways but I can’t . Can anyone help me ? I would never ever suggest anyone to book make my trip also I would never book through my my trip app. It’s fraud

Holiday package booking- worst ever customer service

I had booked a package for my family in India and wanted to make some changes on the dates the activities were booked on. I called a customer service no at least 30 times , since I’m calling from an international no different from the booking no , they ask us to enter the alternate number. The worst part of that is I had to enter the same number a minimum 10 times for them to accept that no and then they sent an OTP ,again which has to be entered several times for them to accept. After all this we select the option for holiday package and after 2 seconds they automatically cut the call. Twice out of the 30-40 times I’ve called they connected to a travel specialist ,before choosing the booking , who would say they cannot support on holiday package and ask us to call back the same or another number . And the loop continues. I received an email asking me to confirm a specific date on the Burj Khalifa tickets and I agreed and 5 days later they say sorry no tkts available when there are slots still available in the burj Khalifa site. I still haven’t received a confirmation on the time and they said “ Don’t worry you will get the ticket at the airport”. Where? From whom? Will the timings be there on the ticket? Do we go at our convenience? Nothing !!! This is so frustrating!!!And let’s not get started on the remaining activities , since they don’t even want to work on them “no changes “ and they close the tickets, without even asking if that is all the service we needed or if we were satisfied with the service. The worst ever experience booking a package. With such service it is better to not book an activity at all and book all activities separately. I am still not sure with just a couple of weeks left for the tour whether to cancel or go ahead with such kind of support.

I booked a hotel through MMT, confirmation is given and money is deducted. Arrive at the hotel and they have no record of the booking. Note - this is me arriving at a hotel at 11pm after international travel of 25+ hours so last thing I want is not to have a hotel. Spend about 1.5 hours waiting for MMT customer service to sort out the issue. Eventually they tell me they will refund and I should book another room at the same hotel. They say they will reimburse me the difference up to 2000rs if I had to pay more for the same hotel room. After I followed up on this; I received one email back asking me to send an invoice, which I did. They respond saying that I paid less than the original booking (however they have misread the currency on the invoice)To date they have not reimbursed this balance amount (it is a month later). In fact they have stopped respond to my queries. Any customer service request I make is instantly closed in their system. This is horrible - do not ever book MMT if you need to be sure your hotel is actually booked or if you want responsive customer service.
