I’ve been following Dean Pohlman’s outstanding man flow yoga programs for nearly 2 years now. The impact on my health has been amazing. My former yoga practice has been radically transformed: I get far more out of the poses, I have far better body awareness, and I no longer have the “bad back“ that used to plague me. Dean does an outstanding job of tailoring yoga for men’s bodies, with an emphasis on strength and mobility. And he packs an amazing amount of impact into a short window of time. Poses that are easy in a typical fitness center yoga class suddenly become opportunities for significant growth.Take child’s pose and cobra for example. These poses can be done so lackadaisically, but Dean turns them into opportunities to engage a whole host of muscles and get more than you thought possible out of them.As for the app itself, it’s easy to use, reliable, and undergoing constant improvement. Dean and his team of done a great job of bringing their program over from the website to the app. The variety and purposefulness of the content is truly outstanding.I’ve recommended Man Flow Yoga to countless family and friends, and I cried every man to check out this app. You’ll be amazed at how this yoga program can improve your overall fitness.

I’ve been using Man Flow Yoga for my yoga practice at least three times per week for four years, and I continue to benefit in many ways. What started as a pandemic-era home fitness program for me has now become a permanent fixture in my life. Dean Pohlman’s style is simple and straightforward. He explains every pose and breaks it down clearly so you get the maximum benefit without causing injury.The app is simple to use, with access to hundreds (thousands?) of training videos filtered by all kinds of specific topics (e.g., body part isolation, duration, levels) and a calendar function for keeping track of your practice. The videos are engaging and educational without being weighted down by unnecessary storytelling or commentary, which encourages replay as often as you want. I highly recommend Man Flow Yoga for men (and women) who want an easy-to-follow fitness program they can practice in the privacy of their own home. They can feel confident they’re getting proper yoga training from an expert.

I have been weight training for 50 years. Add in years of sports and overall abuse of the body and I am a beat up 62 year old man. Enter MFY! After one year following Dean and other trainers, my knees and back are much better. I feel a different, deeper strength than ever before. The mind, body link is amazing. No chants, or middle eastern mysticism just good healthy workouts. I feel blessed to have found this program. The trainers are amazing, the customer service is top notch. The technical support is very responsive. If you are a guy, you have to give this program a try.
