Cannot scan digital coupon
I had no issues before the last download now I can’t download digital coupon!
Hate this app! Not user friendly
No matter how many times I have updated the app it’s horrible. You can’t access your digital coupons. It’s a pain to do it at check out because it’s so slow when you’re choosing your items and the cashier is steadily scanning and won’t let you finish selecting the coupons you need for your current purchase. it needs a whole new user-friendly approach with focus groups because this is the worst app I have ever used.
Kroger has the best app as Albertsons and Walmart. When I choose my store and I go back in default me to a store that’s 120 miles away from me. It’s so annoying. I just gave up using Market Basket app all together and it’s a shame because I like to support local businesses. Work on the app to make it more user forward.
