Description
MatrixCare for Home Care is an electronic health record/electronic medical record (EHR/EMR) app that enables Home Care organizations to enforce best practices that maximize compliance, improve client outcomes and increase efficiencies. It’s designed to enable Caregivers to have the ability to document services at the point-of-care to ensure accuracy and compliance, without compromising the care of the client. It allows Users to access their schedules and client information at the time the care is provided.

Unable to see app on settings
I don’t know why Apple allows this, but you can’t find this app in settings to edit some of the info it receives from you, mainly location changes, video/photo restrictions, notifications, and all things one can change with other apps.
Can’t believe they use this
This app word about -80% of the time. I understand caregivers, providers etc have to use this now to verify work but why can’t they compromise to update with the latest software and ease of access for us. It is very tedious and annoying to have to call and fix everything the app did not properly sync on top of the app crashing randomly.
Glitchy
Everything about this app really needs to be fixed I have to constantly refresh and sometimes my dates do not show up as well as it always glitching out the times on my end. I make sure to always double check when I put my schedule in and it still sometimes glitches out my times.
