Great tool

My local office is 25 minutes opposite of my home and visits. This app is awesome and I LOVE not having to run to the office Monday morning after an exhausting 16 hour shift Sunday! This app allows me to hand my paperwork in on time and be done! Upload and drop in the mailbox when I get home and done. I don’t turn on my location services so that isn’t an issue. And if I forgot when I worked I can look at all my shifts. I can see and pick up an available shift too from the app as well. Awesome work corporate! Thanks

Update FAIL

This apps still randomly decides that my password is no longer valid despite using it with the same (saved) password/MY FINGERPRINT literally minutes before.
If I use it 10 times a week, it’ll probably crash at least two of those. Recently it’s taken to not recognizing/not actually uploading my images, meaning I need to take the time to try to line up that paper, often three of them, again Today I’ve already done it twice, and it still hasn’t recognized it. That wastes my time, time I often don’t get paid for. It’s way too easy to enter and send incorrect information, which cannot actually be fixed by us (Time in or out, for example). Recently, I I got into my ride share before confirmation of of upload because it was taking forever. Turns out it didn’t actually upload, but when I reached my destination I wasn’t able to change that because I was locked out because I was deemed too far away from the patient location. We’re supposed to sign out the moment we stop giving patient care. But it’s not reasonable to expect us to spend 5 or sometimes 10 or more unpaid minutes per shift because the program has bugs. How on earth does this app get a rating of even three stars?!

App could use some enhancements

On a few occasions, I have sent a timesheet and pay was delayed, because I was told no timesheet was received.

I feel that it would be beneficial to allow a user to OPT-IN to receive an email confirmation declaring that it did indeed send. [[as it is, we get an on screen notification, but even after seeing these, my timesheet never reached its destination.]] Since I had no way of knowing it wasn't received, AND since I was not made aware if the problem, I did not receive payment.

Another enhancement that would benefit both user and the staff that processes pay would be a better image capture. Since many of the SCANNER style apps allow a photo conversion to PDF, I would like to see a similar feature for this app. If this isn't possible, it could be useful for the flash mechanism work with the photo. Despite my attempts, the lighting is a major issue, as shadows from either incandescent or fluorescent overhead household lighting is a constant problem.
