This is a terrible app!! If you can avoid getting a security service that uses this app, do so!! Always takes forever to load and then just to lock or unlock a door from the app, you have to go through 6 different windows. Not user friendly at all especially for a small business.

This app along with the hardware are the worst product I have ever used. If I could give it minus stars I would have. The app never works. The hardware is a joke. If I knew I was going to have this many issues I would have fired the installers for using it. A complete waste. DO NOT get suckered into their products.

Unusable on iPhone 15

About the only thing I can think of using this app for would be to disable a key fob remotely and quickly. That part of the app crashes immediately on my iPhone 15. I also tried it on an older iPhone XR. Crashes on that one too.
