With MAYD you can easily redeem E-Prescriptions (German: "E-Rezept") and order products from your pharmacy online. The products will be delivered to you within minutes. We want to make healthcare and well-being more accessible and convenient for everyone.
Got a German E-Prescription ("E-Rezept") from your doctor? Scan it with the MAYD App and get your meds delivered within minutes.
Just download the app, enter your shipping address, pick your favorite products or redeem your prescription, and your delivery will be at your door in minutes. We deliver prescription drugs (if you have an "E-Rezept"), non-prescription drugs and beauty products directly to your doorstep.
Redeem your prescriptions ("E-Rezept" and other types, depending on your area) directly in our app to get your prescription delivered to your home within minutes.
In case of any questions concerning the specific medication or symptoms, there is the option to contact our partner pharmacies – also if you have questions about your prescriptions. Just call them through the app and get your consultation.

Super schneller Service
Lieferung kam in angegebener Zeit und innerhalb von 30 Minuten an. Verpackung und Kassenbon sind top. Preise sind etwas hoch sonst würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Ich kann MAYD gerne weiterempfehlen.
Terrible service
After 6 months using the app on an average of 2 to 3 times per month, I have deleted the app today!
At the beginning, the service was amazing! I have recommended it to plenty of people! But lately I think they are almost never on time (at least with me), even though they charge a fee for express delivery, which I have always paid and now, on my last two orders they got it completely wrong! 4h30 waiting for my order and hours spent trying to talk to someone on their customer service that actually cares and tries to solve your problem! They apparently don’t realise they’re delivering medicine! To people in pain and really needs it! What made me delete the app was waiting for more than 4 hours to get half of my order, with an unhelpful customer service, while trying to take care of a newborn and a sick wife! NEVER AGAIN!
App abuses notifications for advertisements
It would be nice to keep notifications for this app turned on for delivery status, for example. In the meantime, it sends almost daily notifications for offers and discounts, effectively making the notification system useless, and I’m unable to find any way to disable advertisement notifications in the app.
