We’ve made an important update to streamline communication: - The old messaging inbox has been disabled. - All users have been consolidated into the new Notifications Inbox for managing messages and responding to patients. This change was implemented on short notice to reduce confusion and ensure everyone uses a single, unified platform for handling messages. Clinicians may notice old or resolved messages in the new inbox. These can be safely archived to keep the inbox organized. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your experience!
