Description

Meal replacement tracker, the easiest way to keep track of your meal replacement program.

MR tracker is simple and easy to use. Simply select the week and the day then mark the meals, optional items, and water as you eat/drink them.

The day rings will serve as a reminder to what you have already completed and what you have left.

It’s easy to make it a goal to close the meal ring and the water ring daily.

Record you daily weight on the input screen and view it on the overview screen next to your food and water rings. Color coded to show an increase, decrease, or neutral change in weight.

Local push notifications are used to remind you to eat a meal every 2.5 hours. Notifications can be customized with the In-App Purchase - "Custom Alarm". Reminders start after you click your 1st checkbox for the day.

Current meal plans are: Standard, Nursing Mother, 4MR2 and 5MR2.

Choose the amount of weeks you want to do the program. Standard plan can change Burn and Transition weeks. The other plans can only change the Burn weeks.

Take pictures at the Start, Middle and End of your program.

Record body measurements at the Start, Middle and End of your program.

Restart button to erase all data and start the program over fresh.

Added support for iCloud Backup and Sync. Your data will automatically be backed up and synced to your iCloud account and will automatically show up and sync with your other Apple devices using the same Apple ID.

***In-App Purchase - Custom Alarm Notification. Set you default alarm notification interval. Interval ranges from 15 min to 3 hours 30 min in increments of 15 min. You can also set a 1-time alarm notification for you next meal after you checkmark a meal. 1 time alarm notifications don't change the overall default alarm notification interval. This is great for those times when you forgot to checkmark a meal and need a shorter alarm notification for your next meal or if you know you have an appointment when your next meal is supposed to be, you can set the 1 time alarm notification for before or after your appointment.

***In-App Purchase - Overview Details. The Overview Screen can now show a graph representation of your weight for the week and your overall weight in graph form, min, max, and current weight. It will also show what time your next meal is at the top of the screen.

***In-App Purchase - Remove Ads. Removes ads from the app. As a bonus you get an extra row of water icons to fill up the space normally used for ads.

Portrait orientation only.

Ads are used at the bottom of the screen.

Good start, but would like more features

This app has been the closest to matching up with Optavia’s 5&1 program; however, it would be even better if there were a way to track additional meal replacements (fuelings), since most days I am eating more than 5 fuelings (which need to be consumed every 2-2.5 hours while awake). So if you’re having a long day, or in general are awake for more hours than others, as it is right now, you can only track 5 fuelings and one protein meal and veggie (Lean and Green).

The same issue exists with tracking water. 64 oz may be the minimum goal, but for many of us, it is 100 oz. It would be great if instead of having all those cup icons, to simply be able to tap a + and have the number of cups for the day increase, and be reflected as a number. This way, even those who go over 100 oz of water will be able to keep an eye on their intake to be careful of not drinking too much.

Thanks to the creator of this app, it’s a good start so far to matching up to optavia’s program. But for now, I’m still searching for an app that will allow me more fields that I can add to track some of the other healthy habits I’m learning to implement from Optavia. Perhaps you could add customizable “Trackers”, similar to the Strides app? Don’t get me wrong, the Strides app isn’t the perfect fit for Optavia as it sits. But I do like the customization for creating trackers for anything you’re wanting to instill as a habit.

For anyone who has trouble keeping track of fuelings, water intake, optional snack, and L&G, this app has it all. After logging a fueling, it automatically sets a timer for 2.5 hours after which it reminds you to fuel. Only thing I would add is the ability to customize timers (for example, if I wanted timer set to 3 hours) and cloud syncing across devices. Other than that, this app has been tremendously helpful to me so I can focus on other things rather than trying to keep track of my intake by hand, memory, or a notetaking app. And it’s free (supported by nonintrusive ads)! Hope this is as helpful to some of you as it has been to me.

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with this app. Just a huge fan!

Great app

I really love this app, I use it several times a day to track my water and fuelings. The only change that I would suggest is that the current week is on top, and previous weeks are below. I feel like this would be a lot more user friendly in that you could just open the app and your current week is right there, you don’t have to scroll down to weeks 5, or 10, or 24, which seems a little inconvenient. Putting your previous weeks underneath can help you to reflect and see where you were and watch your progress. It isn’t really helpful to have weeks of blank spaces reminding you how far you have to go. That being said, I highly recommend this app!!
