Keeps crashing

Just downloaded and many of the features crash the app including the ‘cards’ feature. It seems like a neat app and I will come back and update to more stars if they’re able to fix these issues. For now. The app is completely unusable.— Update 1/2/18 — The new version fixes the crashes. Well done. The only glitch I notice is that nothing is showing up in my feed. It says that I’m ‘sharing with these 25 families’ but when clicked...takes me to a ‘Share Posts’ page that is blank.

Hey Nshindo,I'm really sorry you've had this experience. We've got a new release coming out in the next few days and in our testing we've not been able to reproduce the crashing on the cards. Thanks for the feedback - let us know what you think when the next release is out!~ TomUpdate 3-Jan: I'm sorry your feed is blank...it's helpful that you were able to identify that for us and we'll be working to see if we can fix that in the release scheduled in the next week. Crashes Constantly - poor search functionality

I am an iPhone X user. The app crashes all the time. I uninstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. I am a new member as well and can not access my card, as it instantly crashes. Not to mention crashing elsewhere. Also the search provider function isn’t working well on the app or the website. I could not find a specific provider either place, and finally had to call PHCS to confirm that the provider is in-network. I also searched under a radiology facility with no names and it returned nothing in my town, when in fact the above mentioned provider was one. Hoping that this app improves, as it appears the design is simple and user friendly.Update in response to provider’s reply:I emailed PHCS regarding the provider. I have updated the app, and it crashed right when I tried to pull up the card. The second time I launched it, it immediately crashed on my iPhone X.

Hey MikeTheArchivist,Thanks for the feedback. Would you mind emailing chghelp@tccm.org with the name of the provider and we'll see if we can ensure it shows up in the result set moving forward? PHCS sends us monthly updates to the data so hopefully this next pass would include that facility/provider.Also, sorry for the crashing - that's not okay :(. Since the time you wrote this we pushed another update out. Although it's not (yet) supporting the iPhone X design, it SHOULD work as some of our developers tested the phone on their X's before we sent it to the App Store.

We have been Medi-Share members for 4 years and have been pleased with their service. However, finding information we need online (quickly) has sometimes been a challenge. This app changes that and is amazing! It allows us the opportunity to quickly view bills in process, access ID cards, and find contact information for the member center. This will make our lives that much easier as we navigate our health needs. Thank you for creating this tool and putting these resources in our hands!

We have been Medi-Share members for 4 years and have been pleased with their service. However, finding information we need online (quickly) has sometimes been a challenge. This app changes that and is amazing! It allows us the opportunity to quickly view bills in process, access ID cards, and find contact information for the member center. This will make our lives that much easier as we navigate our health needs. Thank you for creating this tool and putting these resources in our hands!

UPDATE: app works very well now!The only screen that reliably works is the provider search screen... the rest of them have an infinite loading logo or just a blank white screen and then I have to force close the app. I’d be happy to provide troubleshooting details, but this app has consistently been buggy every update for the past year at least.UPDATE: logging out and back in has fixed my issue for now, I’m hopeful that I won’t have to do that all the time, but we’ll see.
