Doesn’t work in landscape mode

I use an iPad with a keyboard, which many people do these days, and this App does not work in landscape mode. The only thing that comes up landscape is when it displays your membership card. The rest of the App is all only in portrait mode, which means it is basically unusable on an iPad with a keyboard, because you can’t read anything because it is displayed at a 90 degree angle to your screen.

Please notify me if this gets fixed as it would be nice to use the App someday. Any plans along those lines?

Crashes Constantly - poor search functionality

I am an iPhone X user. The app crashes all the time. I uninstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. I am a new member as well and can not access my card, as it instantly crashes. Not to mention crashing elsewhere. Also the search provider function isn’t working well on the app or the website. I could not find a specific provider either place, and finally had to call PHCS to confirm that the provider is in-network. I also searched under a radiology facility with no names and it returned nothing in my town, when in fact the above mentioned provider was one. Hoping that this app improves, as it appears the design is simple and user friendly.

Update in response to provider’s reply:
I emailed PHCS regarding the provider. I have updated the app, and it crashed right when I tried to pull up the card. The second time I launched it, it immediately crashed on my iPhone X.

Thanks for the feedback. Would you mind emailing chghelp@tccm.org with the name of the provider and we'll see if we can ensure it shows up in the result set moving forward? PHCS sends us monthly updates to the data so hopefully this next pass would include that facility/provider.

Also, sorry for the crashing - that's not okay :(. Since the time you wrote this we pushed another update out. Although it's not (yet) supporting the iPhone X design, it SHOULD work as some of our developers tested the phone on their X's before we sent it to the App Store.

Incredible tool!

We have been Medi-Share members for 4 years and have been pleased with their service. However, finding information we need online (quickly) has sometimes been a challenge. This app changes that and is amazing! It allows us the opportunity to quickly view bills in process, access ID cards, and find contact information for the member center. This will make our lives that much easier as we navigate our health needs. Thank you for creating this tool and putting these resources in our hands!
