Works Great for Our Facility
It works great for our long term care skilled facility; medical director, charge nurse, DON, ADON MDS coordinator, office manager, QAPI nurse and administrator use it; best way to text and send information securely. We have a Apple iPods that the facility uses so that it’s not on charge nurses individual phones; it is installed on everyone else’s personal or work cell phones. No complaints, when I have questions they are great to jump on and answer and help me with whatever question or issue I have.
Updated app still lacking
How hard is it to make an app that doesn’t crash constantly? The notification are NEVER correct in any way. Perhaps the most annoying part is that even when my phone is on silent it makes a “swoosh” sound when I send a message, which didn’t help matters during a training class I was attending today. Other colleagues have experienced their phones making random noises from this app while their phones were on silent as well. This app is crap, but we have to use it. So frustrating.

Thank you for the feedback, if you go to settings and turn off Audio notifications it will mute internal sounds. Please let us know if your app is still crashing we do not have reports of this issue? If you have further issues please let us know: firstname.lastname@example.org
It can’t possibly be that difficult to have an app keep the biometrics turned on. I’m tired of dropping everything to sign in (a three step process). This app is inconsistent. It worked well last week and now it’s on the blink. Does my company pay for this? It’s a waste.

We have found the latest Apple version will conflict with our secure database which was causing users to be logged off if they didn't have much storage on their devices. We have fixed this to be compatible with iOS 11x. This should resolve the issue on our next release due May 15th, 2018. Thank you.
