Doesn’t work properly and has some issues. Haven’t improved since the giving input

This had potential but they do not listen to suggestions. They say it is like uber but it is nothing like it. They need to work on their map and turn by turn. It is good if you can work the same time everyday but they cancel trips after you drive to the pharmacy and waste your time then lie about why it was cancelled when they really gave the job to another carrier after you were told you would get it. They short pay and don’t make up for extra driving when the app takes you one place but the delivery is 10 miles away. You message them then have to wait for a response which sometimes takes too long and again no compensation for your waiting time.

I have worked for Medzoomer for over a year now. It is definitely a legitimate company. The app is pretty good. The problems I have had with the app is that when I am following the navigation I find it has a hard time locking in on my location. The map will bound around and makes it difficult to follow. Also, the only other glitch, is sometimes the voice command will sound like two voices at the same time. When it happens I usually restart the app and it fixes itself. Overall, the app is pretty decent.

I have been working and promoting this legit company to my viewers on Tik Tok and the company is very respectful and cooperative when things need to be handled. I do appreciate the effort in fixing the bugs within the app but when I am working and the app messes up all I can do is shut it down and start it back up , which takes away from delivering quickly to the next person. I wish this app worked quickly and easily so that my work day is ran the same way. stopping and going really upsets me just because the app isn’t functioning smoothly. It’s just like uber eats but with medicine.
