Login not working
What makes the app useful if you can’t even activate an account? I was hoping to be able to access my policy documents through the app but can’t even login. This should really be fixed!

I can’t say what can or can’t do. Hell the app is useless, when you can’t login. And the login format is different from the online login, using a browser.
Browser > email + password = works
App > cell # + password = don’t work

Login Issue
The login screen does not work. Entered correct info numerous time without being login. Common Mercury, a billion company and can’t even have a workable app?
