Save time by easily and securely accessing your Flex/CDHP benefit accounts. The mobile app features real-time access and intuitive navigation with summarized financial information and charts.

To login to the mobile app, follow the steps noted below. Please note that your ID is your SSN. If you have difficulty when logging in, please call 800-566-9305 and a member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you. You can also access your account via the Meritain Health portal at https://account.meritain.com.
1. Open the app, scroll to the bottom of the page and select New User? Set Up Your Account.
2. You will be redirected to the User Identification page to begin step one of four.
3. Follow steps one through four to complete the set-up.
4. Once you have completed the set-up, you will be logged out. You will then be required to log back in using your new username and password.

I tried to log into this app for 2 years always says the password is wrong logged Into website with same credentials without an issues
Why build app that doesn’t work
I called them multiple times keep telling me to reset the password well did that 19 times still can’t but works on the web just fine
In the end I was told to use the browser if that’s the case fix the app or take it down
Clunky Reimbursement Experience
This FSA provider is very slow to review requests and claims for reimbursement, and does not obligate FSA approved items for reimbursement. Customer service was unprofessional and ultimately unhelpful as well. I would give the app 3 stars for user interface, the CSS is decent, but since it doesn’t perform its intended function, there is no reason to add undue praise for the product or provider.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
If you are a dependent and the one in your household that is responsible for budgeting, billing, etc…GIVE UP NOW. Aetna has NO DESIRE to recognize you as a person that handles this.
This app is nearly impossible to set up, and if the insured sets it up and shares the login with you, the dependent, IT WON’T work.
This is why we always used to say in the insurance business, “Aetna, sorry we met ya.”
