View splats right in the room with you! MetalSplatter 1.1 takes advantage of visionOS 2's ability to render Metal over passthrough video in order to display splats in AR (mixed immersive mode). If you're running visionOS 2, then check out the Summer Fountain in the gallery for an example. Try repositioning it (pinch with both fingers), rotate, and play with the scale (via the Calibration control mode).

MetalSplatter now has a gallery! Even if you don't have your own splats, use the Gallery tab to quickly get a taste of what gaussian splats are like. And if you have your own you'd like to nominate for the gallery, let us know! No more WobbleSplats(tm)! Changes to how depth is computed get rid of a lot of the tearing and jiggling in prior versions, resulting in a much smoother viewing experience even for larger scenes
