Driver just literally ignored my address and was just driving around now im late for work wth they should have a option for the driver to cancel if they can’t accommodate the trip im so annoyed

App is only for shuttle vans

Tried the app and the only service area is Mount Healthy. It's not for catching the bus, it's literally for getting picked up from your address in a Metro vehicle. Waste of taxpayer money when there isn't an actual Metro app.
