Helps me report citywide incidents by issue type with images & location recognition.

Would like future versions to 1. Enable ‘Share’ from phone photo to application and enable pop up widget and input optional a. text and b. location; 2. precise location recognition (it currently seems to require an approximate address.. I like how uber shows current location with accuracy and you can move ‘pickup’ pin) 3. Disable category select requirement 4. View city reply / comments under ‘My requests’ 5. Enable secondary media upload and follow up comments 6. Enable ‘share publicly (with anonymity) feature to enable other citizens to view and comment .. St. Petersburg’s setup of SeeClickFix does this well.

This app has been a game-changer for me as a resident! I use it regularly to report things like broken streetlights and trash issues, and the city is quick to respond and address the problems. The app is super convenient for staying updated on local events. This is an excellent app for residents to use to report concerns that need to be addressed by the city. I use it several times per week to address issues such as burnt out street lights, public garbage cans that need to be emptied, graffiti removal, broken irrigation sprinklers, abandoned bike removal, etc. This app pin points location and gives ability to attach picture. The city does a great job in completing these requests and then they send you an email to let you know the disposition of your service request. The West Avenue Neighborhood is much improved through the use of this app. Great job and Thank You!!
