Good start, need to add more features
It's doesn't do everything that I expect from an app but its a start and there is a long way to go. Add property info, tax info, option for public meeting alerts, location based alerts for FDOT, MDX, PWD, MPO, etc., trash pickup days , request for bulk pickups, water bills and payment option, permit status, permit inspection request item, traffic citation viewing and payment, service related complaint and complaint status....just make it useful.

Love the app. Could use more options. But I have to say that last week I reported a huge pot hole on the route I take to drive to work using this app. Day after, I got a confirmation email with a ticket number assigned to my case. To my surprise, less than a week later, the huge por hole was covered.
I can't say thank you enough to Dade County and the many people behind this app and service.
I hope to see many residents of Dade County use this to better out cities and look forward to updates to the app.
Easy to use
Easy to use, & yes, the reports you open get addressed by 1 business day & they get sent to the correct department that the report belongs to. Glad this app was made !!
