I had no idea this app would be so helpful to me. At first, I thought it was just a cute game with happy music& a daily affirmation. Once I was a few days in & started doing the 3 minute exercise, I started to grasp its effect. I find myself looking forward to spending about 10 minutes playing the game & completing the exercise. I highly recommend this app to folks who are busy, but can find 5-10 minutes a day to help nurture their mental health. I am finding myself more energetic, engaged, calm, & happy after using the app. I can’t explain the why, but I appreciate & am grateful for the result!

This app is deceptively helpful. It looks like a cute little game and daily affirmation on the surface, but it’s so much more than that! The prompt that comes up after you pick your affirmation really gets you thinking! And the little catch the leaf game is very engaging. I really look forward to my daily affirmations 😊
