This would be a great app if there was a feature where you can view date and time of upcoming appointments. When when your contact person schedules an appointment, you have to be able to write it down. Then there’s no area where you can leave a note for yourself. Sure you can use Google Calendar, but it’s a pain, because you have to open it and enter the info after the call. With an appointments section you can reschedule or cancel online.

I have been having trouble with this forever and everyone has been aware of it . Thanks to a team leader that calls and checks on me is able to help me with things . But I still can’t do tasks and earn rewards which really is frustrating cause rewards really help me . The stars are for this set up and has nothing to do with my care team leader that calls me and helps me , she always helps me and is always helpful and understanding with me .

I was referred by my doctor to this service and I was contacted by a representative who explained the process. It was explained that patients never speak to their psychiatrist. They are assigned a care worker who relays information to the people with degrees. I didn’t ask but if they were trained in any medical profession they would have titles like PA, RN or even MA. I’m not interested in doing therapy with some call center employee who sends my information to one doctor who has to go through a thousand files a day.

From the start, I cannot scroll in the first section of the app. It will not let me do anything to scroll or zoom in to try and make the material it is displaying to me readable. It must be some sort of bug. Please fix this.
