I dislike going to the doctors but the front desk staff was awesome quick check in. The nurse whom took my pressures was very friendly and had great customer service. The nurse whom took my blood was very friendly as had great customer service she seen I was afraid of needles so she talk to me distracting me next thing I knew done very awesome, very gentle didn’t feel a thing. The doctor was very kind and gentle listened and examine everything I brought to her attention no matter how small… upon checking out the nurse at the check out was very full of smiles the staff was vibing with each other very family oriented positives vibes was reflecting a great work environment awesome place for my first visit. Give you guys 5 stars very outstanding everyone keep up the good work.

The Luminous web site has come a long way and has become very user friendly and a repository for all my tests and current activities. However, I do wish when filling out a current health questionnaire for one doctor visit and then visiting another health professional the same week, the health questionnaires could be merged instead of answering the same redundant questions. Thank you

The developers have fixed some bugs that bugged me (and now Face ID login is working) This is much easier that trying to reach the doc on the phone. One thing still not quite right, and I don’t think this is the developers fault: all my COVID vaccines are not shown, probably because some were health department, others were drug store administered. Still, all in all a good app.

Have been going here for about 3 years now. Dr Martin is great, listens and sees whole person, not just current symptoms. A connecting type of mind, so useful in exploring diagnoses and treatments. Also staff helpful. Luminis itself, with all of its growth, is a bit clunky administratively and technologically, but usually can get things done.
