Your account is charged with each new subscription period at some point within 24 hours before your subscription expires. The current subscription period cannot be cancelled. At any time, you can deactivate the automatic renewal in your settings.

I love how it helps me throughout the day

I really like how their are multiple things you can do each day as a routine. I have a problem following through with things especially self care but by having multiple things scheduled into each day I am staying on track. It’s calming and positive and is really promoting self reflection which I need to do more of. Overall easier to follow through with this app than many others I have tried.

Found this app from a group where we focus on manifestation and self-realization, and Mindshine has been my wonderful companion as I continue my self-development journey. The free version has provided me with so many good exercises, and a great way to stick to a routine or to reroute any negative thoughts that have been in my life. If you need some structure, this is a great app to keep you motivated to build healthy, long-lasting habits.

I love that they have a wide array of techniques to help you rewire your brain, create healthy coping mechanisms, and reduce stress! 10/10! I’m 3 days in and it’s already helping me to recognize and reframe negative thoughts when before I would just stew in them.
