The app crashes all the time!! I can’t even log into my account because as soon as I hit log in, it automatically closes the app and when I reopen it I’m back to the log in page. I can’t see any of my prescriptions or status of my refill orders. Such a hassle.

I don’t know why my pharmacy uses this app. I started using it recently and it wouldn’t allow me to log on. I emailed the developer but they only list their sales dept email. It was fixed but now I can’t login again. There’s no support for us customers. The pharmacist told me their server is not down (that’s the error I keep getting) and they’ve been receiving refills through the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall numerous times and it’s still not working. I guess the developer has given up on this app. Other reviewers have been having the same issue for quite some time.

This app is not functional. I click “Forgot Password?” and it says my pharmacy server is down. I uninstall, reinstall, restart, repeat, and nothing works; it will not let me reset my password. When the app did work, on those few occasions it would crash before I was able to complete a request. Fix these issues; this is ridiculous.

The rejection on creating an account doesn’t make any sense and gives no options.
