The Monarch Resident App is here to make your life easier, especially when you’re on the go. With the Monarch App you can make monthly rent payments, submit maintenance requests, renew your lease or preview a new lease.

Monarch Resident App features (options vary based on your community):
- Submit one-time rent payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track the progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the resident lounge, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few short clicks.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The Monarch Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your community as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your leasing team.

Canyon Creek Apt. Julie D

The complex is very nice and clean. The 2 bed 2 bath Apt I am in is wonderful. The floor plan is great and spacious. I love having a washer and dryer in the Apt. makes doing laundry so much easier than going somewhere to do it. The Canyon Creek staff are awesome and very helpful. I love where I live and am so happy I chose Canyon Creek for my home. I really love how quickly they respond to any maintenance request. Sometimes it gets fixed on the same day I report it or it will be done by the end of the next day. I have never had to wait more than 2 days to get my request taken care of. This complex is MARVELOUS!

It’s just okay

I like that you can pay through the app, but the bulletin board and maintenance sections could use some work. I should be able to edit and delete a post in the bulletin board. Also, only a portion of a reply on the bulletin board is visible. As for the maintenance section, it should allow the resident to approve that a request was, in fact, completed. I’ve had maintenance mark it as completed and no work had been done. It should also give the maintenance team a ‘denied’ response. They do refuse to do work that is requested and it should be recorded as such. One last thing, the notifications pop up every time I log in. I should be able to dismiss and have them archived. Overall, not terrible, but some tweaking could take this app to the next level.

Great app!

This app makes it easy to pay my rent! The app is nicely designed. Especially because I forget my login for the new payment website they go through. The only things are, maybe list the office manager email on the app somewhere? Just in case someone forgets or can’t find it on the website, and it always asks me to follow on Facebook even though I’ve selected not to show me again.
