Beginner Friendly and informative, no customization

The app is very informative about the different exercises that you’ll be performing on the days your working out. Even going so far as to inform on some of the dos and don't as well as providing clips of how the exercise is to be performed. The only downside is the lack of customization being unable to remove exercises your not comfortable or able to do yet and replace them with an alternative. Other than that the apps doing its job right.

OH MAN!

This is one awesome app! I downloaded it a few weeks ago and never really looked at it. I just went through all the features and I’m blown away! You know all those times you used and app and were like “it’s ok but why doesn’t have yadda yadda” or “they should do this instead” they must have tapped my phone because they got it all! Thanks Russian hacker!

No place to track history or...

Not very much to the app. Only lists the exercises. No way to track reps, weight, progress, time, etc. only useful if you need a calendar to visually see which days you are schedule to workout. I can’t recommend this app. Not useful.
