Love the app, great app for beginner
One downside is when your phone is locked your rest timer will stop counting

Good design minor flaws

Good routines and able to tailor them to your abilities. Leave your egos at home. Cons: Entering your weight and repetitions is difficult. Also for some reason the app shuts music off.
