Imagine you can buzz your UPS guy in even when you're out of town, so you never missed a package. How convenient is that!

Plus you can send your access key to your loved one so you wont have to buzz them in when they visit (there's good and bad to it lol, see what i mean? :) )

Just one thing, the app tends to freeze more than often, and when it does, you gotta restart the app and hope it works the next time. Definitely needs improvement here.

community has tried to use this system - it's a joke. most functions within the app don't work, and tech support provides no support. Regular answer is "we're working on that problem" - with no improvement.

The app overall takes quite a while to open compared to the average time it takes to open other apps. This is across multiple models of the iPhone. This results in a longer time to buzz open the door which some could mistaken as the resident not being at home. I dislike making guests wait, especially when it’s package/food delivery workers. The app definitely needs to be optimized better to open quicker and be more responsive. When I get a call through the intercom, the notification will show on my phone, but once I open the app, the video intercom doesn’t show and I can’t open the door because it no longer gives me that option. The person could buzz again but the same thing will happen which forces me to go downstairs to open the door manually and completely defeats the point of opening the door through my phone. Most of the time it doesn’t work, on some occasions, the application will function as it’s supposed to but the inconsistency is unacceptable and stressful.
