Easy powerful app
I love this new app. My hearing aids can do so many things and this app makes it easy to navigate all the features. I love having the ability to use Ai to read my surroundings and clear up the background noise. Love my new Intrigue hearing aids!

I’d give the app a zero of I could!
This app isn’t connecting to my hearing aides. My H/A’s are paired as I can stream, etc., but the app is telling me to connect to Bluetooth (it is on). I’ve been on 4 calls with tech support and had a number of email correspondence with them. In the end they told me to contact Apple to try to fix the issue. As a user of their app, I should not have to contact the device mfg especially since they tested and confirmed my phone is compatible per their website. It is their app, they manage it, the user does not.

Thank you for the feedback. We do extensive testing with our apps before publishing. If the Rep was unable to figure it over the phone, or using email, we need you to meet with a tech face to face to solve the problem.

This app is great, It is easy to use, and makes the use of my aids much more enjoyable. It allows me to easily adjust my hearing to each environment I’m in.
