Quite possibly the worst app for a top quality product line! I’m sure you were paid top dollar to develop this but this is by far the most useless sales app. It freezes often, if it even fully loads at all...and half the time it tells you it can’t connect to the server when every other app, email and browser has no issues. When it does work, it crashes just as you are finishing an order and you have to start over. At first I thought it was just me, but I also have a few friends experiencing the same issues and based on reviews we aren’t alone. It would be so easy to order if this worked, but it is an act of frustration that I just don’t need. Either it works or it’s pointless. Spoiler: it’s pointless. So, I’ll be buying aveda products when I’m near a store because I’ve wasted enough time on the app. Closest one is only a couple states away...you do the math.
A great product deserves a much better app...either you haven’t noticed it’s got a 2.5 rating or you don’t care. Which is worse??? Not sure.

And why would I send Aveda an email about this. The last time I emailed Aveda I was promised something that you didn’t deliver on. I raised the issue again, and there was no apology for your carelessness for forgetting what you promised. Fix your app. It shows that it supports Apple Wallet. So make it happen.

Um... yeah still isn’t supported by Apple Wallet. The only difference, now, is that the app allows you to think it can be added, but it can’t.

Still a few kinks

First and foremost, where’s the Apple Wallet support? Even though it advertises this feature on the App Store it does not even exist within the app! You only have access to an in-app barcode which seems a little bait n’ switch to me.

The app takes advantage of the full screen on my iPhone X which is nice so it’s nice to not have yet another letter-boxed app. However, swiping from the left of the screen to navigate does not work (poor design since this is standard across iOS and almost every decent app on the App Store) so you are forced to have to tap way at the top left of the screen to navigate back.

Please add support for Apple Wallet or remove the false advertising from your description page of the app.
