Never responds
The app opens and appears to be working. But it rarely ever responds. I don’t know right now if my house is actually locked or unlocked because I’m not there. I hit the “Lock” button and it doesn’t respond. It doesn’t say that it’s locked ever. You can’t log out of the app and restart it to troubleshoot, and when you try to work on it when you’re not there, it completely shuts down the app because you have to be next to it to fix it. This app needs a complete tear down and re-development.
Don’t install take it back.
Connection isn’t a issue, putting it in isn’t a issue.. the device itself looks great and it’s alittle cheaper. It’s not worth it. You’ll have trouble with the app and the reason your looking at this is so you can unlock it for someone when your not around or check to see if you forgot to lock it when you left.. if I had installed this on a Vrbo air b&b house it would have really set some visitors back..
Unless they fix this all do not buy the device.
Not user friendly. No tech support
Switched phones and tried to log back in and was having trouble. Then I tried to reset my password and it said my email didn’t exist and when I did the phone number it wouldn’t send me a text. Needs more support
