Worthless!!
I have the same problem. You need a code, supposedly on the invoice but there’s no code. I’ve called the office and asked the technician and no one has a clue what code I’m talking about.
Useless
No way to start app without QR provider code. Aerocare USA has no idea what that is. What a shame I excited to use this tool.
Having trouble
Can’t even get the app to work. The first step is to enter a provider code. I do t k ow the code and it’s not on the machine, nor is it on my invoice as it says it should be. Calls to OxyGo said contact my provider. Provider, AeroCare USA said they don’t know it. Looks like a 10 digit alpha-numeric code but can’t use the app with it! Please help.
