For members of Security Health Plan, we have enhanced our mobile app to help you manage your health insurance – safely and securely. Our newly-enhanced My Security Health Plan mobile app will allow you to live chat with Customer Service, view important plan documents and see your ID card, track your claims and prior authorizations and so much more!
The updates include simplified site navigation and access to an online chat feature that allows members to ask questions while logged into their account. In addition, monthly premium payments can be made quickly and securely when logged into the app. The update also includes access to benefit information for subscribers and dependents on their plan, if applicable.

Needs Major Updates
The app won’t let me login at all. It keeps saying “Opps, unable to login. Please verify your information & try again” I have put the same login info into the website & it worked just fine. It’s just annoying to have the app, when you have to use the website instead. What’s the point of the app?
The incompetency of Marshfield Clinic IT dept is astounding. Nothing works right. They have their own crappy email system. Everything is half manual. Login problems abound.
Management is awful. Nothing gets fixed. Software hasn’t been changed or fixed in years as far as I can see. Complaints, surveys mean nothing.

This App is so poor I can't find it at the App Store even though the vendor advertises it as being available.
