We’re back with an update to your favorite app! If you’re lucky enough to use Sofia, you’ll notice we’ve modernized her look and feel. Much of this update is “under the hood” to improve and maintain the app. We have new features coming to you in future updates. Stay tuned!

This release gives you landscape support for tablets, your company note in a full screen, long first names shown correctly in the greeting, and all your phone numbers in your Personal Information. We’re ready for Open Enrollment! Our latest update includes an enhanced task service to keep you informed and updated infrastructure for added stability. And we’ve made uploaded ID card images load faster. We think you’re going to like what you see!

It’s time for your Spring update! We’ve improved loading time for several screens in the app and crushed some bugs, including a PIN error and an issue with uploading some documents. Your feedback makes the app better. Let us know what you think!

We’re at it again, improving our app for you! With this release, you’ll be alerted to unread messages with a red dot on the Profile button, you can view multiple dependents or beneficiaries, and moving through the pages of the app is more intuitive. Of course, we’ve squashed some bugs, this time related to registration and ID cards. Jump in and enjoy!

Have you considered doing more with your HSA dollars? If you have a MyChoice Account HSA, you’re in luck! In this release, we introduce the ability to create an investment account and manage your investments from your mobile device. If your HSA funds exceed your employer’s required minimum, you’ll see investment functionality throughout the app. Jump in and make your money work for you!

Do we have a treat for you! Once again, we used your comments and observations to improve our app. You’ll notice the app look and feel is updated and features are easier to find. If you have MyChoice Accounts, access to your money is now front and center. When you need assistance, Sofia is ready to help on every page. We hope you enjoy the improvements. One last release for 2023! For those of you with MyChoice Accounts debit cards, the app now displays your card expiration date. Push notifications are better than ever. And your dependents with their own accounts can now view their documents. We hope you enjoy our end of year offering. See you in January!

It’s trick or treat week, and we have a little of both. Sofia has a new trick up her virtual sleeve with a new way to search and summarize. When you ask her about your benefits, she’ll be able to pull information from your reference center, provide a summary, and tell you where she found the details. Nifty! Also, for our MyChoice Accounts members, you’ll get a treat when you need to reissue, order a new card, or report a card lost/stolen for your account. There’s a great new flow for managing your cards. Finally, extra treats with some performance upgrades. It’s a frighteningly good update!

Speaking of bugs, we squashed one that prevented links in documents from loading properly and we froze the font size so the pages are always readable. Not a lot of bells and whistles this time, but we know you appreciate the effort!

Now you can browse your device for an image to upload, double check the password you entered, edit custom ID card names, enter alphanumeric provider account numbers, and keep track of your progress during annual enrollment. Ever get distracted in the middle of a task? We have you covered! Registration codes now expire in two hours instead of ten minutes. The registration screen scrolls to accommodate smaller screens and large fonts. We’ve also repositioned Sofia so she doesn’t block important buttons on your iPad. This is a forced update.
