Fill out necessary forms, schedule appointments, and contact your healthcare professional in one, easy to use app. Access important documents directly from the home page, check upcoming appointments and forms to fill out in your calendar, or send an image to your Care Manager though the app. You can even earn points for going to your scheduled doctor appointment, or completing assignments on time. Your health, your way, with MyHealth.
