Best medical APP!!!
I absolutely love this app and wish it was promoted more often. I was disappointed using the desktop web interface only to discover the app many years later.
Love the new mobile app!
I’ve been using the desktop app for years and this was the first time using the mobile app. It was so much easier to file a claim and the receipt organizer is great!
Not dependable
This app is terrible. There are no alerts as to when there is an item that needs your attention as a customer. You cannot submit documents before they are requested. The app does not remember you even if you set up finger print ID. In general, it rarely works and no improvements have been made to make it better. At least customer service is good when you call.
