Is this English or Swahili?

What does PUK mean? What is a Bundle? How does “No expiry” expire???

I ask them several times for the meaning and the agents certainly don’t know, the app always says “No records found” if it even works at all. Be careful using this, I bought 25GB of data last month with “No Expiry” and it just expired! How does that happen? I have never even used more than 2GB a month on my unlimited plan in the States! I try to ask them what does this mean, is it Swahili or English? “Bundle is Bundle.”
Worst of all they don’t even seem to care because they know you haven’t much of a choice, Safari-Con is practically a monopoly.
Be careful spending any money on this service.

Customer Service/Unnecessary Charges

Customer service is not consistent. There many unnecessary charges to customers for services provided. For a top mobile company like Safaricom, this mainly due to monopoly because you’ve assumed that you’re the best and the competitors are not upto the task. This is not right because it seems like there lot complacency which eventually leads to failure because companies with better ideas will come and Safaricom irrelevant.
