The New Bedford 311 app, also known as NB Connected allows residents and visitors to report non-emergency issues to the city, such as potholes, graffiti, trash, and tree trim requests. Reports are automatically entered into the City’s work order system and allow users to track their request as well as other requests throughout the City.
