• My Agent: Keep in touch with your Agent using the mobile app. Call, send email, or find directions to your local office.
• My Cards: View and save the proof of insurance card for any of your registered vehicles on active policies. Save this card to your phone for quick access wherever the roads may take you.
• Payments: Make a payment with a bank account or a credit/debit card.
• Claims: Report a claim on your registered automobile and property policies.

Huge downgrade
Original app was much better. This one is very glitchy when scrolling the page on payment and policy pages!! No option for face login. Hope this gets better and soon!!!
Absolutely unusable
As a developer, I would rate this even lower, is possible. App keeps having an error message and freezes on that screen with two text boxes and a button that have no labels. App will not navigate elsewhere and it has to be closed to try again. One screen shows policy overview, next screen says no policy found, then error
This app used to be better
The developers for this app managed to accomplish the rare feat of downgrading while attempting to upgrade. How? No Face ID, for some odd reason won’t save password login info like almost all other apps.
This ‘app’ is nothing more than a link to FB’s mobile webpage I suspect.
Farm Bureau should fire their developers and ask for their money back.
