Never Wait Again shows you how crowded NYC's best spots are right now, so you can skip the line and find a quieter
alternative without leaving home.
Real-time crowd reports from real New Yorkers — not Google's estimates, not yesterday's reviews. Live signals from
people who are actually there, dropping a tag and a photo as they pass by.
WHAT YOU GET
• Map view: every NYC spot at a glance with heat rings showing how crowded each place is.
• Live feed: scroll the latest photos and videos from spots across the city.
• Smart suggestions: when your favorite is packed, we'll surface a quieter nearby alternative in the same category.
• Bookmarks: save your go-tos. Get alerts when they quiet down.
• Per-day hours: see which days a venue is even open, so you never show up to a closed door.

HOW IT WORKS
Open the app, find a spot, tap a crowd level to drop a report. Add a photo or video so others can see what you saw.
You'll help build NYC's first crowd-level network — and in return, you'll always know where to go.
COMMUNITY & SAFETY
Every post is tied to a user account. Every post and comment can be reported or its author blocked directly from the
feed. We review reports within 24 hours and have zero tolerance for abusive behavior or objectionable content — see
our Terms of Use in the app.
PRIVACY
Your location is only used while you have the app open. We never sell your data. You control your account and can
delete it — and everything you've posted — from Settings at any time. Full privacy policy at
