Missing key info
This app could be great. But it incorrectly shows listing that are in Attorney Review as still Active on the market. There is no indicator for attorney review. I sent my buyer multiple properties that I thought were Active, only to find out that the property is no longer allowing showings as they accepted an offer and moved to the next stage.
Old NJMLS was so much better
This is coming from a realtor…The old version for NJMLS was so much better than this version! Hot sheets is terrible! Does not update! You can’t tell if a home is in attorney review or not! Please fix this and make it great again for realtors to use!!
