The North Little Rock Electric Department (NLRED) is a department of the City of North Little Rock and has been a consumer-owned utility for over 100 years. Currently, NLRED is Arkansas’ largest municipal electric utility, providing reliable service to more than 38,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in the cities of North Little Rock and Sherwood as well as Pulaski County.

Ratings and Reviews
Because zero stars isn’t an option
I have never been able to log in using this app. It always throws an error saying it can’t communicate with the server. This app has wasted space on my phone for months. Deleting. Don’t bother with this one, guys.
Never works
Always says there’s an issue communicating with the server. Their website is terrible as well, hoped this app would make things easier. Still have to find a copy of an old paper bill anytime I want to pay my balance. Welcome to North Little Rock!
Scam on app
The outages line takes you to someone attempting to sell an alert 🚨 button you never reach anyone to help this number is directly on the app and online.
