Clients, not just names. Say who the session was with and the note files itself under the right person. Search your caseload, rename a client and have earlier notes amended to match, or paste your list straight in from NoAdmin Billing — stored encrypted here, and used only to match what you said. • See the client list you pasted — and what it can't match. Every name Billing sent, with the entries that won't be recognised when you say them marked and explained: an alias two clients share, or one Billing record claimed twice. • Find a client's notes straight away. Filter your records by name, and the list tells you how many there are, so nothing stays hidden below the fold. • Sync now proves itself. Each device confirms what the other actually kept — and when something doesn't land, you're told which device to look at and what will fix it. It still holds anything it can't yet read instead of dropping it. • And sync is where you'd look for it: near the top of Settings, and one tap away from your records. • Recording is now Dictate. A clearer name, and a truer one: your words become text on this device, and the recording isn't kept. • The weekday now shows beside the date of service, and in your records, so a note filed on the wrong day is obvious at a glance. • A new first run walks you through your first debrief and shows exactly where your notes live. • Risk statements land in the Risk section more reliably — including "denies", "no", and "without", which a note must never lose. • Settings is easier to read, especially on iPad, with related things grouped together.
