After signing the contract with Volkswagen Group, OBDeleven system can fully support diagnostic, programming and coding functions for Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, Seat, Bentley and Lamborghini vehicles.
The system is using online databases so it requires a constant internet connection for fast and smooth operations.
The application is free to install, but it works only with custom-made Bluetooth Low Energy - Next-gen OBDeleven - device, which connects to OBD-II ports allowing to fully access all car systems.

Ratings and Reviews
Doesn’t work with my 2007 Beetle.
I own 2 Volkswagens; a 2016 GTI and I just purchased a 2007 Beetle. The pro version works well with the GTI but wouldn’t detect the Beetle for some reason until I would enter the VIN. Once it did connect, it would only read the engine control module. I opened a ticket with their support department and they claim I need to send in my dongle to be repaired. This doesn’t make sense to me as it seems to work perfectly fine with my ‘16 GTI. I’m certainly not comfortable shipping this device all the way to Lithuania. In fact, I’m sure shipping probably costs as much as a buying a new device.
This device is nice because I can keep it in my glovebox and don’t need to carry a laptop around like I did when I had my VCDS cable, but it’s all but useless for one of the 2 cars I own.

Scammy Model and Often Won’t Work
I knew going in that this was a cost plus model where not only you have to buy the hardware (expensive hardware) but you have to buy “points” to unlock the upgrades and general right to use it but the previews made it look like every upgrade was 5-10 points and i paid the extra for it to come with 200 points so no way I’d run out right? Wrong. What they don’t tell you is all the good upgrades can cost 100 points plus and here’s the catch, they take those points whether the upgrade works or not. Tried to add the driver assistance to my car for over half my points and turns out it doesn’t work! Guess I just wasted all my points. Costs 15 dollars for every upgrade “ATTEMPT” essentially. So better hope it works the first time! You get points every day you sign in so they can gain access to sell your data most likely but this is only one point per day, so after 100 days of letting them steal your data you get 1 free upgrade. What a joke. IMO this is going way too far into this pay to play model. I paid 200 dollars for this device and your costs are fixed. Why do I have to pay out the nose every time I want to change my light configuration?? One star for the 1 or 2 upgrades that worked before I ran out of points. The couple hundred points wasted on attempts that didn’t takes away the rest.
Customer Service is terrible
I bought a NextGen device on Black Friday and have not even been able to connect to it one time yet. I have been in contact with the support for almost a month and half and hve gotten nowhere. I have told them multiple times that the device cannot be found and there is an issue with the Bluetooth of the device. I have used several phones, and tried it on several cars and not a single one has worked. You are lucky if you a get a response once a day from them. I have been asked at bare minimum a half a dozen times to send them an error log when I do not get any errors because the device CANNOT connect. I have asked them multiple times and on how to submit a warranty to send the device back and have it fixed or get a new one, and every time they disregard my questions. Then miraculously one day I was told they connected to it remotely which would be impossible because the device wasnt even plugged in and they somehow fixed the issue. But I tried connecting to it again with the same result. I still have not gotten any help on how to submit a warranty after a month and a half. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. If i could give this a 0 star review I would.
