This app is cool!
This app makes it easy to do what needs to be done! I can check in and out of my meetings so easily. When I moved into my sober living house and realized I was going to have to be held accountable for my meetings I thought was going to have to get a paper signed again. That would have been embarrassing for me. I’m not on paper, coming her was a choice for me. I’m so glad that I have an app to use to check in and out of meetings and it’s so easy!
Very helpful
Having a “by the second” timer is very motivational. Everyone knows the phrase “take one day at a time”. But sometimes even seconds need to be taken at a time. And having a visual of such progress is a great way to keep one on track. The messaging is also very helpful. There are tons of resources that are truly designed to help one recover
Keeping me accountable
This app has shown me how to measure my progress, be reminded of my goals and even a inspiring quote every now and then to keep myself motivated! I am glad this app exists
