The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback
Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Okay
It seems to frequently get stuck loading.
Unable to open and view many cases as deviously opened. Takes very long time to load and it failed
Seems to be backend database problem as the data failed to load many times for past few months

Great idea, poor execution
Great app, when it works!
In between sessions, have to re-log in every few days. Doesn’t keep me signed in. And it does not allow to store password in iOS, because of the poor way it’s implemented.
