Plus, we have a large variety of meditations, affirmations, and visualizations to achieve true inner peace to help unlock your inner Oomph!!

We make at-home fitness super effective with our easy-to-follow workouts and motivational coaches who are always there when you need them. And everything is customized to fit your needs so that you can choose the duration and intensity of every single workout.

Oomph is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, or every few months, depending on the selected monthly option.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Best fitness App EVER!

I’ve been using this app since March, the COVID pandemic had just started and I was quarantined at home with my family while working from home! I was so afraid that I would gain weight but instead I’ve lost weight and TONED my body by only using this app during the week days! This app saved me!!! It’s challenging, motivating, and fun and easy to use at whatever level you are in your fitness journey! I’ve used other fitness apps before but none compare to this one! I really like that the app allows you to chose how long you want your workout to be because sometimes 15 mins of a high intensity workout in the comfort of your home is better then nothing at all !!! Every workout is different, by the end of the week you have worked out all parts of your body leaving you with a great full body workout ! Overall, the app is extremely easy to use but yet very challenging and it definitely works! It’s also affordable and convenient, you will have a fitness coach with you wherever and whenever you decide to get your workout in! I will definitely continue using this app and recommend to all my friends and family!!!

APP IS 🔥!!!

This app is incredible! The trainers have the best vibe and app allows access to music… the app has it all. Warm up, cool down, mobility, strength training, kickboxing, body weight exercises, meditations, affirmations etc… the way the classes are planned out makes for a seamless workout. It has a lot to offer yet doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed. You can add more rounds if you have more time or stick to the 30 minutes.. it is so addicting, makes you want to keep coming back for more and you can track your progress! Each program you complete you move up in bands, bells or belts!} The whole martial arts vibe is unique and motivating to accomplish more! can’t say enough how good you feel when you finish a workout. The feel good positive energy vibes are to the next level! Feeling accomplished and confident every time another workout is complete! It so important nowadays to take of your body and do something good for yourself nothing better to achieve that than with oomph👊🏻 !

Perfect kickboxing app

I started using oomph in late 2019 when it first came about, I love how versatile but intense the workouts are! You can select the intensity (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and how many ‘rounds’ you want to do. I always hold a pair of 3lb weights for more burn! You can also select to do a warmup or cool down - or not! I had quit using this app for a few months due to moving and terrible internet, but was super excited when I opened it up again and found there are more programs. I just did a ‘Lift & Box’ session and am hooked. It’s just the perfect blend of cardio and strength I’ve been looking for. Also, kickboxing is always fun- definitely my go to workout. I can download the workouts for when I don’t have internet. You also don’t need a ton of space so you can pretty much take these workouts anywhere. I’ll post pics when I’m toned and strong again after doing the Kick burn and Lift & box programs in a couple weeks! 💪🏻
