Loses order constantly
Repeatedly lost my order. Going to oph has always been a pleasant experience for the whole family. Lots of treasured memories. Trying to order online with this app is anything but. Took so long we ran out of time. Never did get our food.
Please Spellcheck Before Posting
Must have been written by a 5 yo. What is “teporarily”? As soon as I see a misspelled word, I can’t read any further. Even entering that word on my iPhone, it is underlined as an error. Must have been written on a droid device.
Amateur Hour
When in the cart and you hit “back”, it takes you back to the Home Screen and all your cart contents are gone. What on earth?!
All that hard work down the drain.
