FasCat plans work!

The FasCat Climbing Interval Plan and the Weight Loss for Cyclists plan were very effective in preparing for me for a nine-day Alps Climbing Camp in France. The two plans served me well. I lost the last stubborn five pounds before my trip and I improved my climbing power. In the Alps I rode 441 miles and climbed 64,460 feet over nine days. It was the most beautiful, amazing cycling experience of my life. I then came home and got first place in my AG in the 70-mile distance of the Blue Ridge Brutal which climbed 6,100 feet. I was nearly an hour faster than the next woman in my AG—over an hour for the rest. On my last Hill Climb test for the Climbing Interval plan, I increased my average solo speed on the climb that I selected by .5 mph. The weight loss recipes were excellent. I appreciated the emphasis on plant-based Whole Foods. My biggest issue is snacking, so limiting snacks was the eye-opener for me. Thanks, FasCat

Simplicity at its finest!!!

It is hard not to love having the Optimize app, with everything available in one place you can go wrong. I love the integration with other platforms to track progress, resting, HRV, and more. When everything is schedule accordingly from the app with training plans, recovery, winning in the kitchen, and of course the unviable support, it makes life and training much better, specially when kids, work, and other things requires our attention. I could go on and on about what else I love about the Optimize app, but, it is not just the app, is the entirely FastCat coaching always there to help. Currently training for multiple races, and they help me select the plans all the way to my Breck Epic race in August. It is great to be a yearly subscriber.
Oh, lets not forget it comes with free weekly podcast to keep everyone on track. :)

Excellent Athlete Support

As a Masters level cyclist juggling family, work, and training FASCAT has been invaluable to my cycling. I have been purchasing individual training plans from FASCAT for some time. With the Optimized App and yearly subscription it’s now all included. In addition to the vast library of training plans there is also meal plans which are now included. To be able to ask for coaching advice when the occasional life moment happens to your schedule is helpful and reassuring. I have learned so much from the podcasts that are available weekly. Lots of different groups offer training options out there. Few would have the founder of the company respond to your training question well outside business hours. Thanks Frank and all the other coaches who have helped me be successful.
