By installing this app you agree to the End User License Agreement terms at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licenses/eula-ofsc-mobile-ios-14-feb-18-4425385.pdf Oracle Field Service Mobile allows mobile workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.
Note: Oracle Field Service Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.

Health checks on iPhone
Hello and hopefully there is a way to fix this issue again, but unfortunately me as a sub-contractor I need to run health checks. A few health checks everyday and every other time within an hour, but at this time health checks can’t be made. idk why but it seems to be just iPhone issue. Other than the health check problem, and the whole return button being attached to the top and then stays up while you scroll down. also when doing updates the return button completely stops working.

IOS issue with app.
Greetings,
I’m writing you to complain about your app after the update that took place three weeks ago. I I’m a sup contractor through Mediacom. We use your app to operate daily. After the update three weeks ago IOS users (iPhones) can no longer pull Health checks for modems on jobs. The button is there but it does not complete the Health check and return result of the health check of the modem. Health checks are a critical part of our job. Please help me by fixing this glitch in your latest update.
